It was with the last objective 'great service' in mind that BiGDUG commissioned a series of 11 customer service videos. The web videos were to be placed individually on the relevant web pages of thier online business and all together on the BiGDUG TV page.

Each video was scripted to ensure it covered the subject matter and gently direct the viewer to the next stage of the buying process, according to their requirements.

Our Comments...

After a few initial consultations with a range of video production companies, BiGDUG decided to go with WebVideos. We provided them with a range of mock-ups to enable them to see exactly how the Brand TV Platform and customer service videos would look on their website. After that we spent some time with their team over at The Hawthorns in Gloucester.

With the BiGDUG video implementation nothing was straight forward. Every pixel on their site has a value and so BiGDUG required a different type of implementation whereby the viewer is made aware of the video and simply has to click to open up each customer service video.

The client chose to use a male and a female video presenter for variety in the final business video productions which can often be the case when we are producing a range of website videos covering numerous topics.
